Power Sculpt
A fun, music-driven class that blends yoga-inspired movement with light strength training. Power Sculpt focuses on muscular endurance through high-rep, total-body sequences using light weights, bands, and bodyweight. Expect to move to the beat as you tone, strengthen and sweat in a high-energy, full-body workout. Designed to build lean muscle, core stability, and cardiovascular stamina, this class is the perfect complement to your yoga or strength training routine.
Standard format is 45-minutes. Equipment provided. Inspired by our yoga roots, we train barefoot to enhance balance, stability and proprioception.
