Cheri

Cheri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Health Coach (CEC), Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and Studio Manager at Greensboro Power Studios.

She is also Entrepreneur and Owner of Cheri Timmons Coaching, LLC where she individually coaches women through their midlife. She’s been doing this for years now and is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise into our studio with this 6-week program!

About the Program

  • WHO is it for?

    This program is for women 40+ who are feeling stuck, unfulfilled and overwhelmed by the daily grind and accelerating passage of time and are ready to start living each day with more energy, clarity and purpose.

  • WHAT is it?

    Power Up Your Midlife is a transformational 6-week journey designed to provide the clarity and confidence necessary to finally create a midlife you love living!

  • What is INCLUDED?

    A 6-week yoga membership with GPS

    Weekly, in-person group coaching sessions

    Each weekly session begins with a 45-minute Slow Flow class led by Cheri

    Followed by group sessions and personal inquiry work led by Cheri

    DATES: April 17 - May 22

    SESSION TIMES: Fridays from 10:30AM - 12:30PM

    COST: $97 for GPS members / $297 for everyone else

Full Details

This 6-week, in-person program harnesses the power of yoga, connection with other midlife women, personal inquiry and the support of small-group coaching to provide a clear pathway to your actionable steps for personal growth during this chapter in your life.

Each weekly session will begin with a gently heated, 45-minute slow flow yoga class intended to spark your energy and focus, as well as invite feelings of calm and grounding that benefit your body and mind. This intentional movement serves as the perfect preparation for the personal inquiry and group work you will enjoy during the second half of each weekly session.

Although weekly physical movement and connection with other midlife women are pillars of the Power Up Your Midlife experience, individual work outside of your studio sessions is also essential, so that you can make the most of this 6-week program. Plan to make space in your weekly schedule for an additional 30 – 60 minutes of personal action and exploration.

Cheri will provide you with all of the materials and guidance you need for your in-session group work and individual growth work between weekly sessions.

During these six weeks, you will also have access to Cheri via text for additional insight, support and problem-solving, Monday – Friday (9am – 4pm).
